Ofcoms help rural areas get better reception
Ofcom recently passed a new regulation which allows mobile network to use their current 2G spectrum to upgrade to the 3G network. It benefits operators like Vodafone and O2 who can upgrade to 3G using their 900 MHz 2G spectrums but three is not very happy with this decision and wants Ofcom to change the decision and help network compete fairly.
